Directions for Use

• Apply 10 sprays to desired area of the skin.
• DO NOT SPRAY IN EYES OR ON FACE.
• Avoid contact on other sensitive areas.
• Massage well onto the skin for best results. If desired, rinse well after 20-30 minutes and apply moisturizer.
• Additional Application Method: Add 1-2 oz of Pure Magnesium Oil to your daily foot soak and soak feet for 20 minutes.
• During the first several applications of Pure Magnesium Oil, it is normal for some individuals to feel a light tingling sensation on the skin. However, if skin irritation persists, discontinue use immediately.
